- Full chrome including a chrome top-plate
- A lot bike producers changed from alloy tops to this steel top because they were stronger
- This is new old stock probably the eighties
- Four square PIN head fixing bolts for easy tightening
- Hexagonal expander bolt

- This stem would be suitable for junior bmx's with 16", 18" wheels as well as conventional 20"
