How will my order be shipped?
The majority of our orders are dispatched on the same day (up to 1 pm) and arrive within 2-3 days (sometimes it might be earlier!)
We have a Free Standard Delivery option on all orders over £50.00 (2-3 working days)
All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
We also offer a next day service, which you can choose on the checkout for a speedy delivery - please note, this does not include Saturday for UK Mail deliveries, please contact us if you need a Saturday delivery.
Our main couriers are Royal Mail and UK Mail. If you need a specific courier, please contact us on email@example.com and we will be more than happy to give you a quote for a service of your choice.

We use a range of overseas courier accounts and we always ensure we get the lowest rates for you, if there are no postage prices on the listing, please send us a message with the description and qty of what you require and we will get the best quote to you within 24/48 hours
For items that are smaller (below 2kg), we use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed services and also a non-tracked service.
Usually you will receive two quotations for overseas P&P, one is a very basic service that’s not tracked with no delivery time given and can take up to a month to arrive to some parts of the world, we do not recommend that service and this option is chosen at your own risk, the second price is our recommended service which is tracked so you can see where your items have been and when they will be delivered.
Collections from our warehouse
You can collect your order from our warehouse in Cradley Heath, just place your order as normal and choose the “Click and Collect” option, send us a message and we will pick your order for same day collection (stock level depending)
Once the order is available for collection we will email you with the address details and times of collection.
Out of stock items
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the option of an alternative item of equal or better value or cancel your order or we will arrange to fulfil your order at the first opportunity.

As a business, our ethical consideration to the environment is something we value ourselves on. As a result, our keen recycling may mean that the packaging which contains your item may not always represent the contents, therefore please be sure to open your parcel before opening a query with us.
