THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM MANY ADJUSTER STEMS BECAUSE IT ENABLES HANDLEBARS TO BE DROPPED AS WELL AS RISEN TO ACHIEVE YOUR IDEAL RIDING POSITION  ( Most stems only adjust up )
